La maison Angelo Delea a été fondée en 1983, inspirée par la vinification de type bordelais avec affinement en carats (barriques) de bois de chêne français d’Allier et Nevers. Les produits les plus importants de la maison sont le Merlot Carato, le Carato Riserva, Il Chardonnay, l’Apocalisse, les crus comme le Merlot de Losone «Saleggi», le Merlot «San Carlo», le Merlot de Gudo, le Montedato, le mousseux «Charme» et les nouveaux vins du vignoble Castello di Cantone - Rancate (Mendrisiotto): Il Bianco Ticinese, il Merlot del Mago, La Riserva Tiziano et la grappa. La nouvelle cave spectaculaire comprend: l’oenothèque, l’ultramoderne cave de vinification, la cave de 3’000 m2 de vieillissement avec 800 barriques, le musée, l’acetaia pour le balsamique et la distillerie de 1932, ou ils se produisent différentes grappa et distillats de fruits. 10 ha les vignobles de propre production cultivées.

Delea gründete seine Firma im Jahre 1983. Inspiriert von der Vinifikation, wie sie im Bordeauxgebiet gepflegt wird, lässt er seine Weine in Eichenfässern (barriques), der Region Allier und Nevers ausreifen. Die bekanntesten Weine sind Merlot Carato, Chardonnay, Apocalisse, die Crus wie Merlot di Losone «Saleggi», Merlot del locarnese «San Carlo», Merlot di Gudo, der Montedato, der Spumante «Charme», sowie unsere Neulinge des Weingutes «Castello di Cantone» (Mendrisiotto): Bianco Ticinese, Merlot, Riserva Tiziano und Grappa aus 6 Traubensorten. Zur neuen Weinkellerei gehören eine Oenothek, ein Produktionskeller, ein Fasskeller von 3’000 m2 mit 800 Eichenfässern, ein Museum, eine Acetaia für Balsamik-Essig und eine Brennerei aus dem Jahre 1932, wo Grappa und Fruchtdestillate produziert werden. Bebaute Rebberge eigener Produktion 10 ha.

The new spectacular wine cellar includes: the enoteca, the ultramodern wine cellar , a large barrels cellar of 3’000 m2 for aging with 800 oakbarrels (barriques), the museum, l’acetaia for the balsamic vineagr and the 1932 distillery, where they are produced different grappas and distillates of fruit. 10 ha the vineyards of own production cultivated.
